In July of 2011, Tom and Cindy Mahoney purchased The Express Newspaper. With a background in the publishing industry, we both bring with us a combination of 25 + years of experience. Along with the help and support of our family and the support of the community, we are determined to succeed.

Our mission will be to publish a newspaper for the community, and about the community. We believe our job is to give our readers what they have long expected and appreciated about The Express, news about your community, your schools, your government, your “hometown”. This has been our lifelong dream and we are excited at the prospect of becoming involved with the communities we reach.
